The administrative assistant supports practice operations by providing patient-based customer service, maintaining office systems, and helping the operations of the company run smoothly. This individual provides support to leadership and providers to help relieve them of as much day-to-day administrative duties as possible; supports management team’s initiatives; responsible for handling confidential and time sensitive information and working with patient files. Position requires the ability to anticipate problems, initiate appropriate action, and administer confidential information with discretion.

- Transfer phone as appropriate
- Take and enter payments
- Performs other duties as required
Customer service skills, professionalism, understanding of mental health, and willing to do other duties as assigned.
The successful individual will demonstrate honesty/integrity, customer service orientation, accountability, tenacity, effective communication skills (oral & written), and adaptability. For this position individuals must also be: Detail oriented, capable of multi-tasking, demonstrate effective time management, and work well under pressure; be ethical, responsible, self-confident, and tactful.
Education & Experience:
High school graduate or equivalent; business college certificate preferred.
Successful applicant needs to have a minimum of two years administrative experience. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office 365 products and experience with web-based applications is required.
Position requires administering Company sensitive/confidential information with the utmost discretion and attention to detail. Ability to effectively and diplomatically communicate verbally and in writing is required. Must be able to establish and maintain professional working
relationships with all Covenant employees. Be able to work a flexible work schedule including evenings, no holidays or weekends required.
