Alexis Holmes, LMSW

Licensed Mental Healthcare Provider

"Reaching out for help feels scary, but most people find it helpful to hear their thoughts out loud in a place that feels comfortable. All of the thoughts we have feel so big and powerful in our heads. When we have room to say it all out loud, we gain new insight into ourselves and we’ve found someone to help us sort through it all instead of taking on the task alone."
