Alyssa Epperson earned her degree in Business Administration from Mt. Mercy University and has years of customer service experience. She knows the importance of quality service and aims to help provide that in her role as Lead Generation Specialist.

Passionate About Mental Health

Alyssa has seen the impacts of mental illness and challenges from a young age. Growing up, she experienced selective mutism disorder, a severe anxiety disorder. However, she did not become aware of this label for it until she was 23 years old. She has also experienced anxiety, depression, and has seen the effects of addiction. All of these are reasons that Alyssa wants to help stop the stigma around mental health.

Offering solutions

Alyssa knows that one of the first steps is to start the conversation. This means normalizing mental health in our homes and workplaces and inviting people to talk openly about it. In doing so, we have a better chance of helping others and making positive changes in all areas of life. As a member of the Business Development team, Alyssa will be helping to connect, educate, and help organizations to normalize mental wellness within their organizations.

Similarly, she enjoys helping those close to her be the happiest versions of themselves. Whether it’s clients on the other end of the phone, or close friends in her personal life, she does what she can to improve their day.

Outside of work, Alyssa can be found going on walks with her dogs, snuggling with her cats, or going for a swim.
