Heidi earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Management with a Social Science emphasis from Upper Iowa University. She brings years of experience in both Human Resources and the Mental Health industry. She is a former BHIS provider with us, however, she handles all things HR in her current role. Heidi’s field experience brings a useful perspective to her role as Human Resource Generalist. As a result, she is relatable in her approach company procedures. Positive company culture is important in her role, and she contributes by going above and beyond to ensure employees receive a warm welcome.
In addition, Heidi enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She has 3 children and 2 Great Danes that keep her busy.
