Jenna is both a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner and a family medicine nurse practitioner. She completed her doctorate of psychiatry program at the University of Minnesota and family medicine program at Allen College. Jenna also has post-graduate training in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs) and integrative medicine.

Extensive practice experience in psychiatry and reproductive health have helped Jenna gain knowledge and expertise in understanding how hormones and during pregnancy, postpartum, and menopause can play an important role in a person’s mental health. She welcomes all genders, and the LGBTQ+ community.

Jenna sees herself as a partner in her patients’ wellness journeys. Along with medication and therapy, she uses other integrative practices to help patients achieve a state of well-being and peace. She helps patients to feel comfort in knowing that they are not alone. As part of your healthcare team, Jenna will carry the light for you in times of darkness and pain.
