Lindsey has experience working with individuals and couples with a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, stress, and relationship issues. She specializes in trauma, specifically sexual abuse and domestic violence. Lindsey is passionate about working with LGBTQ individuals. Her approach is eclectic and includes, CBT, DBT, EMDR and mindfulness.

In her free time, you may find Lindsey creating art or playing video games.
