Devoted to helping others

Prior to joining Covenant Family Solutions, Bailey worked in the disability services field and community mental health for several years. She is continuously in awe of the power of empathy, relationships and resiliency. Bailey loves watching people make changes to work towards being happier and healthier versions of themselves.

Bailey is an avid St. Louis Cardinals baseball fan. She also loves to spend time traveling with her husband and four-legged child (aka Australian Shepard named Lee).
