Loves working with numbers

Regina truly enjoys working with numbers, allowing her to tackle tasks that might be intimidating to others. For instance, she creates and maintains budgets, analyzes accounting records, and pulls all necessary reports. She works alongside our billing department to ensure all of the financial pieces fit together seamlessly and accurately.

Outside of work, Regina enjoys reading, learning about history, and crafting. She can also be found riding bikes with her kids and cheering on the Iowa Hawkeyes on game day!

Get direction for your life!

Most of our poor decisions and behaviors that we wish we could re-do are driven by our feelings. In most cases we are probably reacting from an emotion and not even really thinking!

ODD is one of the most common behavioral disorders among kids. Unfortunately, people exhibiting these behaviors are sometimes mislabeled as "naughty" or "bad," which can be damaging.

Regulate your emotions and then engage in co-regulation with your teen from a place of curiosity and compassion.
