It is OK (and Normal) to Feel Afraid

Having been on the other side of therapy services, Adrianna understands it can be terrifying to meet someone new and learn to trust them with everything you are going through. Taking the step for yourself to access mental health services is brave. Adrianna wants you to know that she will be there to support you through the process.

Trust is earned, not given. Adrianna’s goal is to ensure she creates a safe place for you to receive care.

The Push You Need

Adrianna is a fantastic listener. She is empathetic and trustworthy. But, mental health therapy is about much more than simply listening to your struggles. Adrianna promises to push you and hold you accountable for the goals you want to work towards. It may not be easy, but it will be worth it.

Personalized Care for You

There is no one-size-fits-all approach for therapy. Adrianna has different tools and styles for each person she works with. Some people like to sit talk while others like to play games or do crafts while receiving therapy to ease their anxiety. No matter what you need, Adrianna will walk along with you as you heal and celebrate with you as you reach your goals. You are not not alone.

Have You Read a Good Book Lately?

Adrianna is a dog mom and is excited to add more four-legged members to her family in addition to the two she currently has at home.

Mental health medications and a holistic lifestyle can't just only coexist, the combination can be a game changer for mental health.

You may be faced with the question, “Does my child need medication for their mental health?” If your child is worried, sad, angry, or overwhelmed, encourage them to talk to a trusted adult. If they are struggling with things like regulating emotions, controlling anger, or focusing it may be a good idea to discuss it with a medical professional.

While we cannot change the past, it IS possible to stop the cycle of intergenerational trauma and prevent it in future generations. Community support and resources play an important role.
