Family is her foundation

Hannah’s family is her biggest motivation and support. They have pushed her to become a better version of herself and supported her each step of the way. Hannah believes strongly in the importance of family for that very reason. That said, families come in all shapes and sizes. Personally, she adores spending time with her own family who have been by her side always. Although Hannah has no children of her own, she has three nieces and one nephew who have her entire heart.

In her free time, she enjoys reading and exploring nature. That said during the NFL football season, she is glued to the TV to ensure her Fantasy Team players are doing well from week to week.

Find inspiration on your path to mental wellness. Please note, these articles are not a replacement for personal medical advice.

Mental health medications and a holistic lifestyle can't just only coexist, the combination can be a game changer for mental health.

You may be faced with the question, “Does my child need medication for their mental health?” If your child is worried, sad, angry, or overwhelmed, encourage them to talk to a trusted adult. If they are struggling with things like regulating emotions, controlling anger, or focusing it may be a good idea to discuss it with a medical professional.

While we cannot change the past, it IS possible to stop the cycle of intergenerational trauma and prevent it in future generations. Community support and resources play an important role.
