Get active! It's easy to fall into a rut of spending all day on electronics with most summer events and activities cancelled. But, exercise is a key component of mental wellness. Find 30 minutes each day, to get active. Take a walk, work out, or go for a hike. You will feel better and your body will thank you.

Do you have kiddos preparing to head back to school this fall? The transition to school this year will be far from perfect. Trust that you will make the best decision you can for your children and your family, whether that means in person classes or virtual school. Take a deep breath and give yourself, your kids, and teachers some grace in this stressful time. It will all be okay.
