It may be tempting to check for COVID-19 updates or following pivotal social issues throughout the day, but over-focusing on problems rarely lead to solutions. Your thoughts are powerful. Setting limits for yourself is a good place to start.
Get active! It’s easy to fall into a rut of spending all day on electronics with most summer events and activities cancelled. But, exercise is a key component of mental wellness. Find 30 minutes each day, to get active. Take a walk, work out, or go for a hike. You will feel better and your body will thank you.
